Privacy policy
Last updated: February 2026. This policy applies to the nova-partners.lu website and to data submitted through the contact form.
1. Data controller
Nova Partners S.à r.l., a private limited company with a share capital of €30,000, registered with the Luxembourg Trade and Companies Register under number B301139, with its registered office at 150 Rue du Parc, L-3542 Dudelange, Luxembourg. Contact: contact@nova-partners.lu, +352 621 791 084. Nova Partners processes your personal data as data controller, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
2. Data collected
Through the contact form: name, professional email address, phone number, company, message and contextual information you choose to share. Your explicit consent is collected, with a timestamp, before each submission. No browsing data is collected for advertising purposes.
3. Purposes and legal basis
Data is processed to respond to your enquiry and to manage its follow-up in our back office, on the basis of your consent (Article 6.1.a GDPR) and, where relevant, to prepare a contractual relationship (Article 6.1.b GDPR). It is never transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
4. Retention period
Form data is retained for 24 months unless a contractual relationship begins. After this period, it is deleted or anonymised.
5. Subprocessors
Data is hosted by Supabase Inc. (cloud infrastructure, servers located within the European Union) and email notifications are delivered by Resend. These subprocessors process data on our behalf, under GDPR compliance commitments.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data. To exercise these rights: contact@nova-partners.lu. You may also lodge a complaint with the Commission nationale pour la protection des données (CNPD).
7. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures: restricted access, encryption in transit and hosting within the European Union.
